As we begin a new cinematic year, I thought it would be fun to take a look at what films will be released in the coming year. In this article I will be revealing my top 15 movies for 2011. It should be noted that these are not necessarily the movies I think will be the best in 2011. As of the date of this article, these are the movies I'm most anticipating. Here are my top 10 most anticipated films of 2011.

What it is: An institutionalized young girl by her evil stepfather. She retreats to an alternate reality as a way of coping, and imagines a plan that will help her escape the facility.
Why should it be good? Hot and badass girls in schoolgirl clothes and other skimpy clothing, with guns and swords, combined with Snyder's amazing visual flair. Yes, I'm in. This trailer looks absolutely awesome. The trailer is awesome. From the style and action to the story, it's all cool. I am beginning to enjoy Snyder's works. Sucker Punch, with its epic adventure and dark tone, could be the new Inception, combining The Dark Knight, 300, Inglorious Basterds, or Inception. This movie oozes badassness and style. I can't wait to see what will be a truly epic, entertaining adventure.
Why this could be bad: Snyder is sometimes off the mark. While Watchmen is a great movie, it can get boring. Legend of the Guardians has also been criticized for its pacing problems. To be fair, Snyder did not write either of these movies. However, he is responsible for writing (or, at least, the screenplay) for the badass 300.
